We roast in small batches to maintain maximum freshness and control. Throughout each roast, our team tracks temperature curves, color changes, and crack timing with laser focus. Every batch is cupped and quality-checked to meet Jack’s high standards — and yours.

Once cooled, each roast is immediately sealed in Jack’s signature bags — equipped with one-way valves to let the coffee de-gas naturally while locking oxygen out. That means your coffee stays fresher, longer, from our roastery to your cup.
